Shipping Policy

We ship most of our products through Canada Post.  Should your item(s) be too large for Canada Post, we will work with a reputable freight forwarder to arrange for the safe delivery of your package. All packages sent through Canada Post are insured.  If your items are damaged during shipment, make sure to keep the original packaging, and contact us within 2 business days with your Canada Post tracking number.  You also have the option of picking up your item(s) directly from the RNR Wellness THE SPA, with a $5 handling charge.
